Step1
We all know how hard life can be and how times in our lives can make us feel miserable, depressed, lonely, scared, angry, hurt and sad. There are a few things you can do to become a more positive person and to not let the negative ruin you.
Step2
We all run into people who are negative all the time. Sometimes, their negativity rubs off on us. What is more disturbing is when we return that negativity or pass it on to another person. The negative in this world is the evil of this world. The more positive energy everyone gains, the negative is defeated!
Step3
For instance, a dad yells at his son instead of talking to him. That son then grows up to yell at his kids the same way--negativity repeated. A wife listens to the husband yell, and, although she is a positive person, the constant yelling rubs off on her. She begins yelling at her daughter and the story goes on.
Step4
To turn this into a positive situation, talk to your children. Explain why what they did was wrong and what they can learn from it. There’s no need to yell. Yelling won’t work in any situation. Keep yourself in a positive environment. If family members tend to be on the negative side, gently pull them to the positive.
Step5
When negative energy enters, cover it with positive: praises, rewards and appreciations for the positive things in the situation.
Step6
Be a happy, healthy person. Take care of your body and it will take care of you. Eat the right foods to promote positive health! Take time out for yourself to focus on everything positive in your life. Have faith that your life is full of joy, peace and love. Everything that you feel good about now will only feel better when all of the negative is gone and only positive feelings live!
